Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of this website and any transactions conducted through it. By placing an order with Agro Food, you agree to the following terms.

1. Orders and Contracts

All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Agro Food. A binding contract is formed only upon issuance of a written order confirmation or proforma invoice. Prices quoted are valid for the period stated in the offer and are subject to change thereafter.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in the currency agreed upon at the time of negotiation and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are as specified in the invoice or contract. Late payments may incur interest charges.

3. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control including weather, port congestion, or supply chain disruptions. Agro Food shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterm.

4. Quality and Specifications

All products are supplied in accordance with the specifications agreed upon in the contract. Claims regarding quality must be raised within 14 days of receipt of goods, accompanied by supporting documentation and independent inspection reports where applicable.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of agricultural commodities, returns are accepted only in cases of documented non-conformity with agreed specifications. Refunds or replacements will be arranged at the discretion of Agro Food following investigation and verification of the claim.

6. Liability

Agro Food liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied under the relevant contract. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to loss of profits or production downtime.

7. Force Majeure

Agro Food shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, embargoes, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

9. Privacy

Personal data collected through this website is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfill orders or comply with legal obligations.

10. Amendments

Agro Food reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The current version published on this website shall apply to all transactions.
