AGRO-Food ships agricultural products internationally. Below is an overview of our shipping policy and available terms.

Shipping Terms (Incoterms)

FOB — Free on Board

The seller delivers the goods to the named port of shipment and loads them onto the vessel. The buyer is responsible for freight, insurance, and all costs from the port of origin onwards.

CIF — Cost, Insurance, and Freight

The seller covers the cost of goods, marine insurance, and freight charges to the destination port. This option provides buyers with greater convenience and cost predictability.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the product, quantity, origin country, and destination port. Typical lead times range from 2 to 6 weeks from order confirmation. Specific timelines are confirmed at the time of order.

Destination Ports

We ship to major ports worldwide. The destination port is specified by the buyer in the RFQ form and confirmed in the sales contract.

Documentation

All shipments are supported by complete documentation including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and other documents as required by the buyer or destination country regulations.
