How do I place an order?
Browse our product categories, select the product you are interested in, and use the Request a Quote (RFQ) button to submit your inquiry. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept LC (Letter of Credit) and TT (Telegraphic Transfer). Payment terms are discussed and agreed upon with each client individually.
What are the available shipping terms?
We offer FOB (Free on Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) shipping terms. The preferred term can be selected in the RFQ form.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product and is listed on each product page. Typical MOQ ranges from 10 MT to 25 MT depending on the product category.
What documents can you provide?
We can provide: Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis, Quality Certificate, Inspection Certificate, Conformity Documents, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, and Testing Lab Reports.
